The Corky McMillin CompaniesOver the past three years, Red Bike Properties has been instrumental in restructuring and implementing a new management model for the Liberty Station Community Association. Joe Haussler
President – Liberty Station Community AssociationShelly Weld is a woman of high integrity. She is a relationship-driven professional who has a high attention to detail and works diligently to ensure a positive outcome for her clients. From the moment I began working with Shelly, I developed complete confidence in her ability, knowledge and experience in all areas of commercial real estate. She wasted no time in developing solutions for the many problem areas in our portfolio.
Not only is she very competitive and ‘hands on’ with her approach but she is also sensitive to tenants with issues while remaining firm when she needs to do so. She is friendly and easy to work with but does not shy away from difficult tasks and holds the line for the benefit of her clients.
Shelly Weld has an in-depth knowledge of real estate and understands the best options and the future for individual commercial properties, in addition, she gives much of her time to the real estate industry and to her community, another trait that I greatly admire. I definitely recommend her!
Sandy Perlatti
Interim President/CEO, NTC FoundationWith Shelly’s assistance, my wife and I were able to enter into a rental agreement in La Jolla that has worked out extremely well. What we found out during this process is that Shelly is well organized and has been there to help us with whatever our needs have been. She has immediately responded to all of our requests. As a result of this process, we have also noted that Shelly has a strong network of professionals that she is able to call on to address any issues that come up. We are extremely happy with our arrangement with Shelly and look forward to working with her for a long time into the future.

TenantSocial Responsibility is an Integral Part of our Purpose as a Company.
Throughout her career, Shelly has been dedicated to giving her time and resources to enrich the lives of children and families in need by partnering with the local community and charitable organizations. In keeping with this passion, Red Bike is committed to giving back to the communities where we do business, and to encouraging others to make a difference in the lives of others. We believe that personal and corporate volunteerism is important, now more than ever, and are proud to support the following causes:
REstart Program
The REstart program was created by real estate management professionals who are using education, training, and networking to train disadvantaged single parents for a new start in life through real estate. Co-founders Linda Lewis and Lauri Greenblatt developed the model of a teaching program that would allow these parents to train and intern as apartment managers, thus providing them with free or low-cost housing and a career. The program was originally named Home Start to signify the key elements of the program — a new home and a new start. The program was later named REstart to emphasize the new start in life through Real Estate Management.
Hattie’s House
Hattie’s House provides free short-term housing in volunteer host homes and donated apartments for families and friends of patients seeking care at San Diego and Sutter Heath Sacramento – area healthcare organizations. This unique home-away-from-home experience has brought a compassionate response as well as emotional and financial relief to guests in need.
